Eligibilty: To have been an elected Commodore for a period of not less than 2 years of a
recognised Boat or Yacht Club.
Assist with various boating activities such as blind and handicap sailing. Sponsoring
various youth programmes, ie Spirit of Adventure, Sir Peter Blake Trust, Outward bound.
